In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

Pho is a traditional dish of Vietnam, can also be considered one of the typical dishes Vietnam cuisine. Pho is the main component of noodles and broth (or broth in a way called the South) with beef or chicken sliced thin. Also accompanying condiments such as soy sauce, pepper, lime juice, fish sauce, chili ... These spices are added depending on the taste of each user. Mi Quang is a signature dish of Quang Nam, Vietnam, along with high food upstairs.
Today, when it comes to pasta Quang not necessarily talking about special dishes of Quang Nam - Da Nang which refers to a dish typical of the central general. Quang noodles are usually made from rice flour noodles with pulverization and coated in layers of wafers, then move horizontally to approximately 2mm thin noodles. Noodles made of wheat flour is mixed with some additives to achieve crispness, toughness. Under layers of bread are assorted vegetables, lean pork on noodles, shrimp, chicken broth with stewed from pork bones are. My mother had a business trip to Da Nang last weekend, and I had a chance to visit this beautiful city with her. She worked for one morning, and the rest of the time she took me outside to visit some famous places. The first spot was the Hoi An ancient town, which was a completely different world from the busy roads out there. I took many pictures with the lanterns, the old corners, and enjoyed some of the very delicious food. In the evening, we took a short trip to Dragon Bridge - a symbol of Da Nang City. Since it was Saturday night, we had chance to witness the Dragon head blowing fire and water. It was such a wonderful view, and I was really impressed by that. Next we went around the city to enjoy the nightlife here, and Da Nang was very different from Ho Chi Minh City. Next morning, we woke up pretty early to go to My Khe beach - which is also known as one of the six most beautiful beaches of the world. The sand was white, the water was crystal clear, and the ranges of coconut made the atmosphere seemed so poe. In the afternoon, we visited the Asian Park - Sun World Da Nang Wonder so I could play some interesting games. In the evening, we went to two other famous bridges - the Han River and the Love bridges. Both of them were so beautiful, and it was a pity that we did not have more time to actually enjoy the view. I left Da Nang in regret that night, and I had to admit that Da Nang was such a worthy city to live.

Phong Nha Cave is a world heritage site.The full name of that cave is Phong Nha-Ke Bang belongs to Ke Bang mountains in Quang Binh. Phong Nha-Ke Bang area is noted for its cave and grotto systems as it is composed of 300 caves and grottos, of which only 20 have been surveyed by Vietnamese and British scientists; 17 of these are in located in the Phong Nha area and three in the Ke Bang area. Phong Nha holds several world cave records, as it has the longest underground river, as well as the largest caverns and passageways.
The park derives its name from Phong Nha cave, the most beautiful of all, containing many fascinating rock formations, and Ke Bang forest. The plateau on which the park is situated is probably one of the finest and most distinctive examples of a complex karst landform in Southeast Asia. This national park was listed in UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites in 2003.

Last summer, I went to Cua Lo with my family. We went there by car, it is very far from my house, it is about 400 km, so we were very tired, but at one we felt better when we saw the sea.
Cua Lo beach is really interesting, the beach is very large, flat, and it has a lot of sand. Waves are very strong, you will be very excited when you play with it. There are a lot of beauty spots, and good seafood there. We stayed in Binh Minh hotel. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, it’s also rather near the sea.The weather was hot and sunny all day. The sea was cool and clear because it was very windy in the afternoon. We went swimming twice a day. My children were excited about it. The food was extremely delicious but not very expensive.We took a lot of photos of the sea, bought a lot of seafood especially octopus and some sea present for our relatives.
After a week in Cua Lo beach, we felt happy and stronger. We hope to go there again.

During my summer break, which was right after I finished my 9th-grade exams and got promoted to 10th grade, I have been keeping myself busy with various activities. Firstly, I spent some quality time with my family. We went on a short trip to the beach, enjoying the sun, sand, and waves together. It was a refreshing and relaxing experience that rejuvenated my spirits.
Apart from that, I also dedicated a significant portion of my summer to enhancing my English language skills. I enrolled in an English language course where I had the opportunity to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The classes were engaging and interactive, allowing me to make new friends with whom I could practice conversing in English.
Furthermore, I engaged in recreational activities to make the most of my holidays. I indulged in my hobbies like reading books, painting, and playing sports. These activities not only provided me with enjoyment but also helped me develop new skills and broaden my horizons.
To balance my productive and leisure activities, I made sure to allocate some time for relaxation as well. I enjoyed watching movies, spending time with friends, and exploring new places in my city. These moments gave me a chance to unwind and create beautiful memories with my loved ones.
Overall, my summer break was a fulfilling one. It allowed me to bond with my family, improve my English proficiency, explore my interests, and take moments to relax. I am thankful for this wonderful break, as it has prepared me for the challenges that lie ahead in 10th grade.

Winter is my favourite season. I love everything about it. I like the cold weather, which always makes the sky seem so blue. I also like being able to see my breath in the cold air. In summer, it's difficult to keep cool outside, but in winter, it's easy to keep warm. I really like hiking in winter. The cold really makes you feel alive. It's also great getting home to a nice warm room. Winter also has the besst holidays. I love getting together with my family and then celebratiing the New Year. Winter is a really good time to go on vacation because the sights are usually empty. I love winetr so much although it's the most draconic season in a year.

There is a famous animated film that I think everyone of us has seen at least once, and it is Tom and Jerry. Almost everyone is aware of the story between the miserable Tom and the mischievous mouse Jerry, and it also was part of my childhood memories. The film is about a life under the same roof between two enemies Tom and Jerry, and of course cat and mouse are always hard to get along with. Tom's owner is very afraid mouse, so she always asks Tom to catch the little mouse living in a cave that he digs on the wall. Tom is a quite lazy cat, and he often has to chase Tom so that he is not scolded by his owner or in exchange for a good meal. Sometimes, Jerry also makes mischievous jokes to tease Tom such as pull out his hair or steal his milk. Another character in the movie is the dog Spike, and he does not seem to like Tom at all. In the chasing scenes of the two main characters, they sometimes run to the garden - Spike's residence - and disturb his sleep. Most of the time, Tom would be the one who suffers Spike's anger while Jerry is having a big laugh. The plot is simple but the film Tom and Jerry always attracts a lot of audiences of all ages thanks to the lovely characters and funny circumstances. Although many years have gone by, the television channels have often displayed this film, and this is the indispensable spiritual food children.

Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.
Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.
Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

My favourite food in my neighbourhood is bun cha. It's very delicous. I often eat it with my family in our day off. Everytime I eat it, I always feel happy. You should eat it many times in your life to taste bun cha.
